Our Masseuse identifies pressure points that will assist with symptoms and effects of bereavement that will allow the body to rejuvenate to its former state.

Fitness & Wellbeing
A fitness session designed to get those endorphins going and to improve your sense of wellbeing.
This class will be run by our qualified and specialised fitness and wellbeing trainer Lisa. Lisa brings to you a variety of consultive and tailored sessions that are planned and instructed to suit the clients needs.
